A fairly recent threesome today with a definite Australian feel to it.

We only go back to 2004 to start us off and the first of the Australian elements as Virgin Atlantic was founded as Pacific Blue Airlines.

We stay down under but this time it is an airline going under. As in 2009 we saw regional operator MacAir into voluntary administration.

Back round the other side of the world and into Europe when in 2013 Air France revealed the name of its new regional airline HOP!
